The central space draws inspiration from the image of the rising sun, a national symbol of Japan, highlighted by a striking red circle behind the sushi bar. The ceiling features radial wooden slats that fan out like the rays of morning sunlight, accompanied by suspended glass bricks symbolizing early morning dew, creating a shimmering effect as light passes through.
The design breathes new life into a restaurant that had been inactive for years and is located outside the city center.
