Nieu 37 celebrates Vietnamese culinary heritage through a warm, refined interior. Natural stone, rustic wood, and soft amber lighting create an intimate yet elegant space. Traditional rooflines and handcrafted pottery displays reflect cultural depth, while the minimalist layout maintains a modern touch. The design invites diners into a serene atmosphere where every element honors the spirit of the Vietnamese kitchen.
